Joe Biden took a break from his taxpayer-funded trip to St. Croix to deliver remarks on news of Jimmy Carter’s death.
Former president Jimmy Carter passed away in Georgia on Sunday at the age of 100.
Biden was totally out of it as he rambled through remarks.
It looked like Biden’s handlers just woke him up and injected him with a meth cocktail.
“[Jimmy Carter] was like my dad. He’d say, ‘Joey, a job’s about a lot more than a paycheck,’” Biden said making Jimmy Carter’s death about himself.

Jimmy Carter had been in hospice care since February 2023. His wife, Rosalynn Carter, passed away in November 2023.
Carter was last seen in October when he wheeled outside to watch a military flyover in his backyard in Plains, Georgia to celebrate his 100th birthday.
In October, Carter’s son told The Washington Post that he doesn’t care about his father’s birthday and that he just wants to stay alive so he can vote for Kamala Harris.
“He said he didn’t care about that. It’s just a birthday. He said he cared about voting for Kamala Harris,” he said.
“I’m only trying to make it to vote for Kamala Harris,” Jimmy Carter told his son, Chip, according to the Associated Press.
Following his death today, Joe Biden made a public statement about the 39th President.
His statement lasted 9 minutes and 20 seconds.
It was filled with mumbling, whispering, and incoherent thoughts. And the entire speech was written down for him.
